Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

Flip N Fit guarantees our garments for 90 days. If your return is due to a manufacturer error we will give you a full refund or exchange for the exact same item, and pay all shipping costs.

If there is a problem due to an error on your part or you have simply changed your mind, we allow for exchanges and returns within 30 days of the receiving date. We will exchange your garment for another size, or we will refund the full amount of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling costs. The merchandise must be in unworn re-sellable condition with the tags still attached. Custom orders may not be returned unless the item has a manufacturer's defect.

For orders placed with a discount, if you return all or part of an order and your total no longer meets the discount requirement, the discounted amount will be subtracted from the refund issued.
