Shipping Information

Orders will be shipped within two business days of your order. In order to give you the lowest and most accurate shipping cost, your order will be calculated at the time of checkout using our real-time shipping calculator via United States Postal Service. You will have the option of choosing USPS First-Class, Priority or Express Mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. A tracking number will be emailed to you the day of shipment. If you desire your order to be shipped internationally please email our sales department for further information.

Lost Or Damaged Packages

All packages are insured against loss and damage. In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately. US Postal Service regulations require that loss & damage claims be filed within 14 days of shipping. We will initiate a claim and replace items at the discretion of the carrier. Please Note * Replacements and refunds will not be issued until completion of claim.

Damaged or mutilated packages should be kept for inspection.

Please do not open your package with a sharp object. We cannot be held responsible for products damaged while opening the box.

Estimated Shipping Times

US Orders
Packages are shipped out Monday through Friday. We do not ship packages on holidays or weekends. Orders shipping to the western part of the U.S. typically take 1-3 days and orders to the eastern part of the U.S. typically take 3-5 days.

APO / FPO:
All APO/FPO orders take approximately 2 weeks for the postal office to deliver the package.

AK/HI/PR:
Orders will be shipped by USPS. These orders typically take 7-10 days to arrive.
